Edgetech, the most cost effective Warm Edge Technology in the UK, announces that Glassex proved to be a good show for both new business and catching up with existing customers and friends in the industry. Alan Fielder, Director of Sales and Marketing at Edgetech explains: “We decided to exhibit at Glassex this year because we had a lot of new things to tell the market, but we know the show isn’t as big as it used to be so we didn’t have high expectations for new business. But we were pleasantly surprised, taking a lot of good quality leads on each of the four days the show was open. The show was a great platform for the launch of our new Heritage Spacer product, as well as the latest additions to our Super Spacer Dealership business support package. As well as highlighting the benefits of our new product offerings, we also had a live demonstration of our manual applicator running throughout the show. Some visitors to the stand even had a go themselves, to see how easy it is to apply Super Spacer and improve the energy performance of their sealed units with minimum investment and effort. Visitors to the stand were also interested to see the results of a recent study which showed Edgetech’s Warm Edge Technology to be the highest performance WET on the market, which were available for all visitors to take away and review themselves. So all in all it was a great show for Edgetech and we look forward to a busy few weeks following up the leads we received from the show.”
