Creating a safe and happy workplace
We invest significantly in improving health and safety at our manufacturing facilities. We put in place rigorous processes and procedures to protect our team and significantly reduce workplace injuries. All members of staff undergo regular health and safety training to ensure that they are compliant with all the latest methodology. We also run focus groups where employees can give feedback on best practice and what works in a live working environment.
Staff wellbeing at Edgetech is at an all-time high demonstrated by our regular employee engagement surveys. The processes which we’ve put in place are beginning to pay off and our employees are now driving growth and positivity across the company. We work together with our team to develop Edgetech and the way we work.

We run an excellent apprenticeship scheme where we bring in youth employees and provide development opportunities.
