Edgetech, UK manufacturer of the most cost effective warm edge technology, kicked up a storm at the recent Ecobuild exhibition with its impressive stand pulling in the visitors; its customers reporting a successful show and even two visits from celebrities! Alan Fielder, Director of Sales and Marketing at Edgetech explains: “It was Edgetech’s first time at Ecobuild and we’ve already pre-booked a stand for next year because of the success we had this time around. With tens of thousands of visitors to the show each day, we were thrilled with the interest our stand received. Our aim was to raise awareness of Warm Edge Technology and Super Spacer among specifiers and architects to support existing and potential customers working in this sector. The ‘home from home’ concept of the stand incorporated real demonstrations of the many benefits of Super Spacer in different materials and styles of window – something even the celebrities were interested to see, with both George Clarke and Tommy Walsh visiting the stand across the duration of the show. We were also pleased to see Super Spacer appearing on some other stands at the show.”
Edgetech customer NorDan was displaying its range of energy efficient NTech windows, as well as some of the impressive projects they have been involved with, while Senior Architectural Systems (SAS) displayed Super Spacer in all the products on their stand as Tony Powell, National Sales Manager of SAS explains: “Super Spacer is our preferred choice of spacer which is why we use it in over 90% of our products. It’s a market leading product and when used in conjunction with our glazing systems, it offers the end user a high performance option.”

Alan concludes: “Super Spacer has become a well known brand of Warm Edge Technology spacer among sealed unit manufacturers, fabricators and even installers, but we are keen to repeat this success by offering further support to our customers in the commercial sector too. Ecobuild was a great way to start this process.”
