Edgetech employees contributing to Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child campaign Edgetech, a Quanex company, is spreading the festive cheer by supporting a series of charitable initiatives aimed at helping disadvantaged people at home and abroad.

Firstly, Edgetech and Quanex have donated school supplies to Walsgrave Academy, a Coventry primary school.

Secondly, the firm has donated 197 items to Coventry Food Bank, each of which has been matched by a £5 donation by Quanex, totalling £985.

Finally, the company has contributed to the Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child campaign, which provides disadvantaged children with a box of Christmas gifts.

Giving Back

Edgetech employees have been given time off to volunteer at their local Operation Christmas Child processing centre, helping pack and ship gift boxes to recipients all around the world.

Edgetech’s Head of Marketing Charlotte Hawkes comments: “This year, Quanex launched a new branding strapline – “a part of something bigger”.
